We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2020, at the age of 66, Charles Warren Deal in Astoria, Oregon, born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lindsay Deal and Dorothy Deal; and his brothers, Lindsay (Sonny) and Bill Deal. He is survived by : his siblings, Ron Deal of Macon, Larry Deal of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Sarah Gibbert of Macon, Georgia.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Maritime Memorial Park in Astoria.
