It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Maxine (Potter) Dietrichs-Miller of Astoria, Oregon, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Frank Potter and Charlotte Potter (Lottie); her husband Dr. Rodney Miller of Astoria; her children, Jay Dietrichs (Matt Gage) of Portland, Oregon and Janet; her son-in-law Ted Owens of Redmond, Oregon; and her grandchildren, Chris Darr (Rachel) of Portland, Taryn Darr of Seattle, Washington, Jacob Rummell (Katie) of Astoria, Jennie Rummell of Dallas, Oregon, Jared Rummell of Bend, Oregon and Miranda Dietrichs.
