He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Donnelly and Georgia Pappas Donnelly. He is survived by: his children, Joshua (Rene) and Jane Urquhart-Donnelly; his brother-in-law Jim Akers; his nephews, Logan and Glenn; and his uncle Bob Pappas (Carol).
A reception will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Consejo Hispano (565 12th St, Astoria, OR 97103).
