He was predeceased by : his parents, Dionysius Zafiratos (Dan) and Roubina Zafiratos; his wife Virginia "Ginny" Ann Swart; his brothers, Spiro and Chris; and his niece Diana Nicole Zafiratos.
He is survived by : his daughters, Ann Zafiratos of Santa Barbara, Molly Koehnke (Kevin) of Riverview and Jane Zafiratos (Drew) of Warrenton; his grandchildren, Claire Fletcher (Jacob Kneuer), Connor Koehnke, Niko and Evan Augustin; his close friend Dee Chisum; and also Terri Opsahl.
