Stephen Lee Roman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2021, at the age of 74, Stephen Lee Roman of Astoria, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Byron Roman and Margaret Roman (Huckestein); his wife Becky Wilson; his children, Monte Reed (Debby) of Astoria, Ryan Reed (Stephanie) of San Antonio, Vince Roman (Aaron) of Hillsboro, Luke Roman (Kenna) of Astoria, Molly Yeend (Kelly) of Astoria and Kelly Cope (Brendan) of Astoria; his grandchildren, Haley Fluke, Ruby Reed, William Reed, Anthony Reed, Rennie Roman, Margaret Yeend, Karl Yeend, Charlie Cope and Toivo Cope; his sisters, Jan Hinman of Union and Barbie Jenkins (Reg) of Astoria; his siblings-in-law, Bill Wilson of Portland and Diane Wilson of Wilsonville; and his uncle Dick Huckestein (Betty) of Astoria. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Astoria High School athletics and Peace First Lutheran Church.
