With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jaki Smith Darby of Bay City, Oregon, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on August 7, 2020 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jim Smith and Nancy Smith (Buswell); and her brother-in-law Don Bain. She is survived by : her spouse Lee Darby; her sons, Kindergarten, Jered of Bay City and Tanner Darby of Bay City; and her siblings, Jodi Rasar (Bill) of Sheridan, Lori Edwards (Gene) of Canby and Mike Smith (Conny) of Vancouver. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews, and twenty-nine great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Jaki has requested donations be made to Tillamook Animal Shelter.
