She is survived by : her daughters, Dolores Loxley of Jamestown, OH and Pamela Jernigan of Cookeville, TN; her son-in-law Donald Jernigan of Cookeville, TN.; her grandchildren, Timothy Loxley (Jackie) of Cresson, PA, Tawyna Pruitt (Dan) of Jamestown, OH, Erin Shuster (Jay) of Dayton, OH, Christian Moore (Reyne) of West Chester, OH, Donna McKnight (Mike) of Franklin, OH, Donald Jernigan II (Betty) of Dayton, OH, Thomas Jernigan (Neisha) of Dayton, OH, Jennifer Phillips (Dwight) of Cookeville, TN, Jason Jernigan (Kayla) of Cookeville, TN and Jamie Clouse of Cookeville, TN.; her son Christopher Smith; her son-in-law Andrew Loomis; her granddaughter Samantha Smith; her sisters, Loretta Stevenson, Polly Pearcy and Florence Knight; and her nieces and nephews, Tommy Purks, Ken Tressler, Sheryol Miller, Susan and Harry Stevenson.
