He is survived by: his wife Marita Vanderheiden of Bend; his sisters, Mary Chase of Omaha and Anne Cunningham (Ron) of West Linn; his children, Sean Vanderheiden of Tigard, Steven Vanderheiden (Janet Donavan) of Boulder, Ann Vanderheiden (Jason Jones) of Wilsonville and Scott Vanderheiden (Katherine) of Kirkland; and his grandchildren, Madeleine, Sophie Vanderheiden of Kirkland, Evan, Nolan Jones of Wilsonville, Tyler and Blake Vanderheiden of Boulder, Colorado..
