He was predeceased by : his wife Emily; and his siblings, John Wayne Hammond and Neva Irene Hunt. He is survived by : his son James Philip Hammond; his daughter-in-law Rosanne Horovitz of Olympia; his daughter Linda Sue Hammond of Boring; and his grandsons, Jeffrey Keaton Hammond of Portland, Gregory Nathan Hammond of Portland, Spencer Curtis Wilson of Portland and Andrew James Wilson of Portland.
