He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago Mason and Simona Imperial; his brothers, Emanuel and Jimmy Carrillo; and his nephews, William I Carrillo Jr. and Ernest Carrillo.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Rae Vandervert; his children, Cynthia Jane Starkey (Kevin), Karen Sue Jessen (Glenn), Wendy Jo Labine, Kae Lyn Miller and Scott Aaron Carrillo; and his siblings, Johnny Carrillo Sr., Tencha Tominelli and Micha Frias. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, many Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
