He is survived by: his parents, Jim Looney and Princie Looney (Rhoades); his spouse Mildred Schimtt; his pet Tina; and his children, Bob Looney (Tracy), Diane Armartige, Carol Potvine and Janet Perry. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
