He was predeceased by : his parents, Don Marrington and Jean Marrington; and his son Matthew K. Marrington. He is survived by : his wife Debbie; his stepson Sean; his grandchildren, Nathaniel and Katelyn; his sister Lou Anne (Carl); his niece April; his nephew Carl Robert; his brother Lonnie (Deanna); and his nieces and nephews, Tyler and Alaura (Alex). He is also survived by aunt, uncle, several cousins, and many friends.
