He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Vale; his sons, Michael Shaw and Eric Patrick; and his grandchildren, Haley, Mason, Marshall, Cadence, Rylan and Adaleen.
In lieu of flowers, Mathew had requested donations be made to Pacific Coast Bible Church.
