He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Charles and Harriet Christine Horning (Meaghan). He is survived by: his wife Rita Horning of Coos Bay; and his children, Joel, Carolyn Horning, Jay, Samantha Horning, Chris, Jennifer Horning, Natalie, Rick Edgar, Nancy, Bruce Bryant, William, Cathy Horning, Bradley, Heather Horning, Molly and Mark Nelson. He is also survived by 2 sisters; 1 brother; numerous grandchildren; and 2 great-grandsons.
