He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Brummer Bayliss. He is survived by: his children, Grace, Brian, Keith and Laura; his parents, Herschel Bayliss and Opal Eastham Bayliss; and his sister Betty Bayliss. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and soon to be 7 great grandchildren.
