It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Forgey A. Cathy (Cottage Grove, Oregon), born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on January 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother JoAnn Guth; her stepfather Vernon Guth; her father Lynwood Rouse; her children, Tristan Wolf (Mallory), Kacey Wolf, Sam Scott (Sara) and Charles Scott (Nita); and her siblings, Michael Rouse (Shawna), Sue Kirk (Tony), Cyndi Scott, Shane Guth (Becky), Steve Largent and Shawn Largent.
