He is survived by: his wife Joyce Haymes of Cottage Grove, OR; his son Homer Rodriguez of Stockton, CA; and his brothers, Hermilo Flores Rodriguez (Jamie) of Santa Maria, CA and Virgilio Flores Rodriguez (Ann) of Stockton, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
