She is survived by : her husband Philip Dale Garrod of Drain, OR; her children, Kathleen Wertz of Yoncalla, OR, Carl Garrod of Denver, CO and George P. Garrod of Drain, OR; and her brother Johnny Frances of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
