He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor F. Patton and Essie I. Patton (Davis); his son Darren Patton; and his siblings, Cecil, Billy, Jerry, Forrest and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Patton of Cottage Grove, OR; his daughter Shelley Jonas of Eugene, OR; his grandson Jessi Jonas of Springfield, OR; and his stepdaughters, Bonnie Helsel of Cottage Grove, OR and Connie Ourada of Cottage Grove, OR. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
