With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joann C. Meisner of Crooked River Ranch, Oregon, who passed away on July 16, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Hopper and Helen Higginbotham; her husband Ronald Meisner; her daughters, Jaki Gamble (Dale), Jeri Raymond (Mark) of Bend and Diana Holding (Brent) of Saline, Michigan.; her sister Carol Steele of Ohio; her stepbrother Dale Jones of Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Joshua (Liesel), James, Sarah (Joe), Kristian, Jerremy (Kristina), Kelli (Nick), Kristi and Derek.
