Whaley (Jeffrey) of Toledo, OH; his grandchildren, Samantha Allen (David), Jennifer Barber Clark and Kevin Whaley; his siblings, Robert Barber (Bob) of Pinckneyville and Doris Cox (Dollie) of Oklahoma; and his spouse Laura Berniece Pigg.
