With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tom W. Smith Sr. of Estacada, Oregon, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on May 21, 2021 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tom W. Smith Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Earl Smith and Martha Smith (Klein); his wife Janice Williams (Hoskinson); his children, Carol Chapman (Roger), Tom Smith, Jr. and Albert Smith (Micki); and his sisters, Rita Adamson of California, Arlene Long and Marlene Wheat of California. He was also cherished by 7 nieces and nephews, 12 great nieces and nephews, 1 great great niece, 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.

Tom died due to complications of Covid pneumonia at Legacy Mt. Hood surrounded by family via Zoom, he went peacefully.
