He was predeceased by: his mother Kay McGinnis. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Whitman; his father Bob Witman; his stepmother Pam Perryman; his sister Victoria Whitman (Jerry); his children, Cela Whitman (Nick) and Alec Whitman; and his stepsons, Andrew Sommerfeld (Kerri), John Sommerfeld (Tiffany) and Jacob Sommerfeld (Briana). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Spencer Creek Grange (86013 Lorane Hwy, Eugene, OR 97405).
