Steinke; her husband Phillip Steinke; her children, Jim Apel of Forest Grove, Oregon and Rhoda Doty of Clatskanie; her siblings, Jim (Linda Trout), Cindy (Duane Hutchinson), Mary Brown of Vacaville, California, Norma Freshour of Vacaville, California, Johnny (Elaine Sills) and Ann Hendricks of Shawnee, Oklahoma.; her granddaughter Charity Breedlove Apel of Clatskanie, Oregon; her great grandchildren, Tiffany Breedlove of Forest Grove, Oregon, Amber Breedlove of Forest Grove and Keira Breedlove of McMinnville, Oregon; and her great great grandchildren, Rain Breedlove, Emma Smith and Nathan Rosales.
