He is survived by: his wife Tracie; his siblings, John (Martha Voorhies), Barbara (Mark Vandehey), Steven (Roxanne Voorhies), Linda Voorhies of Timber, OR, Cheryl (Ron Olmstead) and Robert K. Voorhies (Samantha Holland); and his mother-in-law Carol Smith of Forest Grove, OR. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
