He is survived by: his parents, Michele White (Herb) of Forest Grove, Oregon and Rick White of Forest Grove, Oregon; his stepmother Julie White of Hillsboro, Oregon; his siblings, Justin White of Forest Grove, Oregon, Brendon Malloy of Hillsboro, Dillon Grimmett of Forest Grove, Jennifer White of Forest Grove, Oregon, Breeana Malloy of Hillsboro, Oregon, Sarah Malloy of Hillsboro and Emilie White of Forest Grove, Oregon.; his grandparents, Rita White of Forest Grove, Oregon, Linda Herb of Tualatin and Bill Reichow of Hillsboro, Oregon; and his niece Vanessa Clinton of Forest Grove. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
