He is survived by: his children, Shelley, Phillip Peters of Forest Grove, Oregon, Jennifer Rose of Hillsboro, Oregon, Brenda, Kevin Jones of Forest Grove, Cindy and Anthony Barry of Cornelius, Oregon; his brother James; his sister-in-law Kim Rose of Portland; his sister Annette; his brother-in-law John Chitwood of Columbia City, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Andrew Asanovic of Vancouver, Washington, Tia Asanovic of Roy, Oregon, Morganne Peters of Forest Grove, Oregon, Garrett Peters of Forest Grove, Oregon, Bryce Rose of Hillsboro, Oregon, Spencer Jones of Forest Grove, Oregon, Collin Jones of Forest Grove, Oregon, Mason Uffner of Cornelius, Oregon, Ashley Barry of Cornelius and Owen Barry of Cornelius, Oregon; and his great grandchild Kalli Rose Tucker of Roy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to the March of Dimes.
