It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruby Shipley (Forest Grove, Oregon), who passed away on January 9, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Sr. Loper and Susie Mae Loper (Eldridge); her husband Ellis Shipley; her children, Richard Shipley (Pam) of Forest Grove, Randal Shipley (Audrey) of Canton, Rhonda VandeBergh (Ken) of Forest Grove and Russell Shipley (Kathy) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and her sister Ella Mae Thornton. She was also cherished by twenty-three grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
