She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune; her children, Ona Phillips of Vernonia, Oregon and Jack; her daughter-in-law Cindy Phillips of Yukon; her brother Joe; her sister-in-law Peggy Clevenger of New Blaine, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Kim Kemper Smith (Tony Kemper) of Banks, Oregon, April Smith of Forest Grove and Sherry Phillips of El Reno, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Mercedes Mulanax of Tigard, Oregon, Anthony Kemper of Banks, Oregon, Zoe Caldwell-Smith of Vancouver and Quincy Hines of Banks.
