It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Kloak of Fossil, Oregon, born in Roseburg, Oregon, who passed away on October 21, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Darrell Kloak. He is survived by : his mother Gladys Kloak (Adams); his wife Denise Kloak; his stepchildren, Danielle Bramblett (Kevin), Matthew Klaus and Nicholas Klaus; his granddaughters, Claire Bramblett and Julianne Bramblett; his siblings, Eva Cronin, Sandy Stevens (Tom), Patty Lunsford (Rodney) and Darrell Kloak, Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Rebecca, Lisa, Kaylee, TJ and Joe.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions in Jerry's memory be made to Sojourn Church Midtown.
