She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clyde Fromong and Elsie Fromong of Gladstone, Oregon.; her former husband Henry Dale Marquis; her daughter Kathleen Marquis Nuljon; her granddaughter Julie Ann Phillips; her siblings, Everett Fromong (Glenn Greer) and Lois Blair; her daughter Janet Phillips (Dan); and her grandchildren, Shelley Eisele Thompson (Mark), Darleen Eisele Root (Rusty), Berkley Eisele (SallyDay) and Scott Phillips (Tawnya). She was also cherished by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Humane Society as Louise loved her little dogs.
