She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Smothers and Duane Smothers. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Deborah and Michael (Kym); her grandchildren, Brett Alan, Joshua, Steffanie, Alannah and Jack; her great grandchild Iris Lily; her siblings, Rita, Diane and Richard; and also, Aunt Sharon and Penny.
