He was predeceased by: his father Frank Mercier; and his stepdaughter Sage. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Mercier (Cummings); his wife Belinda Mercier; his sister Teri Mercier; his stepchildren, Codie Haller and Mary Lopez; and his grandson Dandez Butler.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grand Ronde Tribal (9615 Grand Ronde Rd, Grand Ronde, Oregon 97347).
