She is survived by: her husband Sam Skinner; her children, Andrew Skinner (JoEllen) and Maureen Houck (Casey); her grandchildren, Maisie, Mina Skinner, Teagan and Kinley Houck; her mother Rose Munsinger; her sister Rosemary Chirgwin (Tim); and her nieces, Kathleen Campbell (Rich) and Theresa Rodocker (Greg).
