He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William James Dunstan (Ola Aydelot-Dunstan); his spouse Corda Fery-Dunstan; his children, Joan Mary, Catherine Rita, Daniel James, Cathy Swancutt (Scott) of Junction City and Dan Dunstan (Vicki) of West Linn, OR; and his sister Barbara Base. He was also cherished by grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
