He is survived by: his wife DeeAnn Heideman; his daughters, Melissa Juskowiak (Scott) and Megan Hickernell (Stephen); his parents, Hubert Heideman and Mae Heideman; and his siblings, Mike Heideman (Edie), Joe Heideman (Julia), James Heideman (Richard) and Patti MacGregor. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions to a charity of your choice.
