He was predeceased by: his parents, Loras Neuschwander and Ruth Neuschwander (Kropf); and his brother Sherman. He is survived by: his wife Florene Neuschwander (Scheffel); his daughters, Cynthia Smith (Donald) of Shedd, Oregon, Sandra Krabill (Richard) of Christmas Valley, Oregon and Amber Roth (Scott) of Lebanon, Oregon.; and his siblings, Carl Neuschwander (Alta), Roger Neuschwander (Sherrie) and Sharon Spivale (Lewis).
