He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Paasch of Hermiston, OR; his children, Richard Paasch of Spokane, WA and Barbara Paasch of Pasco, WA; and his stepchildren, Valerie Welsh, Sue Anne Reed, Elizabeth Pritts and Christopher Reed. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
