It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francine Baisley (Hermiston, Oregon), born in Pendleton, Oregon, who passed away on April 20, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett "Babe" and Mildred Collinsworth White; and her son Erik Baisley. She is survived by: her husband David Baisley of Hermiston, OR; and her siblings, Marcine Sullivan of Pendleton, Charlene Longhorn and Colin White of Pendleton, OR. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
