She is survived by: her daughter Pam Chase; her husband Warren; her sister Lela Keim; her children, Bill Aney of Pendleton, Julie Deeds of Portland and John Aney of Lake Oswego; her grandchildren, Lindsay Chiono (Aney), Jordan Aney, Sam Aney, Sasha Aney, Candace Chase and Carmel Chase; and her great grandchildren, Micah Aney and Phoebe Aney.
Joyce died at a foster care facility near her home, 10 years after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
