He was predeceased by: his father Frank Pettey; and his sister Tammy Dickerson. He is survived by: his mother Doris Teft Pettey (Dode); his former wife Deborah Bennett; his wife Debbie Pettey; his children, Jessica Cutburth (Mike), Trista Dunn and Devin Pettey (Becky); his sisters, Cathy Zinter (Dave) and Cindy Pettey; his brother-in-law Bill Dickerson; and his grandchildren, Shaela, Brisyn, Caiden, Makayla, Ashlynn, Chase, Hunter, Riley, Lucas, Emmett and Emma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
