She is survived by: her husband Dale Zumwalt of Hermiston, OR; her children, Larry Zumwalt of Tacoma, WA and Kathy Zumwalt-Smith of Hermiston, OR; and her brother Wavil Wayland of Arkansas. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
