He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Chandler and Helen Slater Chandler; his brother Larry Chandler; and his stepdaughter Misty Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Susan Chandler of Hermiston, OR; his children, Coy Chandler of Ontario, OR and Marjorie Chandler of Mexico; his stepdaughter Melissa Ketelson (Brian); and his brother Dale Chandler (Anne). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
