It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terrell Cowan (Hillsboro, Oregon), born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his fathers, Milton Cowan and Cecil Cowan (Nelson); his wife Mary Ellen Meigher; and his siblings, Jean Rudell, James Cowan and Daniel Cowan.

He is survived by: his children, Sheila (John Giambrone), Kevin (Lisa Cowan) and Kathleen (Richard Angstrom). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
