We bid farewell to Yuri Hasegawa (Hood River, Oregon), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 14, 2025 at the age of 97. Yuri touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Masaru Kawachi and Akimi Kawachi (Kuranishi); her husband Mark Hasegawa; and her siblings, Teruo, Kenji, Hiro and Mary Imai.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Kaneshige (Jeff) of Gladstone, OR, Jeff Hasegawa (Jackie) of Hood River, OR and Janet Mellman (Tom) of Burlingame, CA.; her grandchildren, Courtney Hasegawa (Manuel Garcia), Michael Hasegawa and Gavin Mellman; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Kawachi, James Hasegawa and Ella Hasegawa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
