We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2021, at the age of 84, Harlan Neal of Jefferson, Oregon, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harlan Neal to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Victor and Minnie Josephine Neal (Lindquist); and his brother Randall Joseph Neal. He is survived by : his son Robert Ray; his wife Inez; his daughter Lori Ann Norton (Russ); his grandsons, AJ (Sharaya) and Jacob Norton (Aleha); and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Austin, Elsa, Asher, Londyn and Nora. He is also survived by His wife, daughter, grandsons, and great-grandchildren.
