He was predeceased by : his parents, Wyatt Percell and Luella Percell; his stepfather James Moore (Bud); his brother Garry; and his granddaughter Jessica.

He is survived by : his children, Garry Percell, Brady Percell (Sharon Percell) and Crissy Percell; and his siblings, Vivian, Ron and Larry.
