We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Doug Hazelton (Junction City, Oregon), born in Hudson, New York. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Doug Hazelton to show support.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Maynard and Dorothy; and his sister Kathy. He is survived by : his siblings, Buddy, Keith, Dan and Colleen; and his sons, Joe and Ben. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations sent to Pete Moore Hospice House.
