He was predeceased by: his sisters, Anna Kaufman of Lebanon and Alma Meacher of Albany; and his daughters, Pamela, Kimberly and Francine.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Jean Forbes; his sons, Todd Forbes of Lakeview and Douglas Forbes of Albany; and his grandchildren, Marissa, Pamela, Rebecca and Conner. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
