He was predeceased by : his mother Nancy Foultner; and his wife Tammy Foultner. He is survived by : his father Wesley Foultner; his children, Shawn Foultner and Ashleigh Foultner; and his siblings, Sharon McGlone, John Foultner, Daniel Foultner, Wesley Foultner and Kevin Foultner. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
